My name is Velta,

First of let me say that I am so pleased that you found this little part of the internet. I can’t begin to explain how thrilled I am to share my life with you, and I hope that by doing so, enables me to impact your life in the most positive way possible.

Easier said than done!

My plan is simple, I will take you along on my adventures and show you what I think the meaning of life is. I am not one to speculate to much, I’ll rather go out there and find out.

My Story

I grew up with a pair of skates on in a small town in Norway,

and that’s all she wrote.

Well not quite, but I played ice-hockey from an early age and I was almost always, SO passionate about it. As a kid, I played hockey, soccer and American football and I was generally very active.

As I grew older I put all my effort into becoming a better hockey player, and to one day be able to play for a living.

I also enjoyed the outdoors, however, I wasn’t able to explore it the way I wanted because I found myself always practicing or working out for hockey. I would tell myself that when I grew older, that I would find more time to explore my own country and later on, the rest of the world.

In 2019 I finished my bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (E/E), and just like that, I became a “proper” working man in the industry and 2 years later I also acquired my Master’s Degree in E/E.

My passion for hockey extended to microelectronics but I can best explain the difference as a societal necessity rather than the passionate equivalent to hockey. I felt no bitterness until 2024 when I realized that life will not wait for me to be ready.

And it was at this moment that I came to the conclusion that I will start living life the way I thought I would when I was younger.

My time is now.
